The Limited Liability Partnership «PTC Operator» in accordance with the Order of the RSU «Committee for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan» No. 194 dated 21.09.2020, on the basis of Article 174 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to prevent abuse of a dominant position in the market, in order to ensure equal access of consumers to the services provided, applies a single form of contract and price list for all market entities and consumers.
